Updating the software and maps takes about 40m each. Do we really need to keep the motor running and not move the car during the process?

Whenever I turn off the engine I hear this rasping sound. I’ve made a video.



The dealership says it’s normal for this engine but I would like to know if other cars engines do the same.

I also have the same problem when reversing at slow speed. Has this been solved?
