Re: Negative battery terminal

I don't know which version of the 3008 you have but this is from the current model's handbook.

Re: HI

Plus you can select the gears with the paddles on the steering wheel instead and play Formula One. :D I have an auto for medical reasons, but even if I could still drive a manual I wouldn't go back to one. Back to your main question, the 1.6 is a fine engine (it was my 2nd choice after the 1.5 diese...

Re: New 3008 on the driveway!

Shiny! Mine's in need of a good wash and is making me feel guilty. Reached 500 miles on the odometer today so it deserves a celebration of sorts!

Very occasionally I've seen a hint of an icy blue, but in general I find it's a warm white - can even look a very pale gold in parts sometimes. It depends on light source I suppose, and the effect is subtle, but there's much more tonal depth than a solid white.

Re: Mapping in the dashboard

I mean that resetting the system by switching it off and on again may have cleared the fault. I don't usually have the nav display in the dash so I haven't looked for a week or so. Before making a trip to the dealer... just check! Hope it's sorted one way or the other. Where are you located? I updat...

Re: Mapping in the dashboard

My 3008 is less than 3 weeks old and I have seen this "no map on dash" issue a couple of times - but when I tried it again later, it worked. Perhaps having switched the ignition off and on again was the cure. Anyway I hope you get your problem resolved.

Re: New 3008 on the driveway!

Deccadick - I was so sure that I'd be ordering a sunset copper 3008 that I bought diecast models (1:43 and 1:64) in that colour long before I placed the actual order. The copper looks fabulous in sunshine so if I'd ordered in the summer, maybe I wouldn't have ended up with a white car! However, my s...
