Sorry you manual users are having problems. The EAT6 box is wonderful and with paddles can be used manually. No doubt £1k more expensive but worth every penny!

I don't have all that fancy stuff on my Allure but I can access 3 profiles. From any screen press the 'gearwheel' icon immediately to the left of the time display and the screen with 3 profiles pops up.

I have an 18 plate Allure with keyless entry and the control knob is to the left of the stop/start button. I guess the knob should be in the same place as mine. Advanced Grip Control was an extra in my case and I believe it was on all models. Are you sure you ordered it?
