I have a 2021 3008 and the TPMS simply lets you know that one of the tyres is low in pressure. It doesn't tell you which one so it is a relatively simple procedure of looking and/or checking all 4 with a gauge.

Thanks for the thanks. I am on my 3rd keyless Peugeot and find it best not to use the key at all. I lock the car by presssing the knurled bit of the door handle and unlocking by just pulling the handle. The key has to be on your person of course.

A long push on the unlock button brings the windows down, I seem to remember.

Is this Hybrid a PHEV (Plug in) or Self Charging? If it is the former then the 48 miles you did exhausted the battery and needs to be plugged in again to recharge it. i.e it is behaving as it should do. If it is a self charging type I guess the problem could be almost anything.

Have you tried unlocking it with the key?
