Converting the 65mm to inches gives 2.559 inches, adding that to the 15 inches of the wheel diameter totals 17.559. So your spare would be less than 1/2 inch smaller difference to your standard road wheels. I think as a short term, get you out of trouble spare, it's doable. All you need to know now,...

This is a very long shot, as you mentioned a failed brake light. I had a car a few years ago that threw up loads of fault codes. Replacing the brake lamp and everything went back to normal. It may not be the same with a Pug, but it's worth a try?

I did the firmware update yesterday on a drive down the M20. No issues - map version 11 next.

I'm finding mine is inane. The majority of time it does not operate, but when I get home and manoeuvre the car to park in my garage it's starts to work. On a long run to Southampton from Kent, it started to operate at traffic lights at the final stages.

Graham, I think you could also add approximately 30kg weight for the tow bar to the kerb weight also.
