Re: Iso fix for 3008

Hi Floxey, Pleased to Know you are picking up your new 3008 on Thursday 10th which happens to be my birthday. Not sure about Iso-Fix fittings but to answer your other question on front airbag, the vehicle handbook states: The front passenger airbag can be deactivated by inserting the key in the airb...

Re: Servicing

Hi David When I purchased my 3008, Peugeot were advertising on-line a service plan of £12.99 per month which I asked the dealer to arrange. When I collected the car I was told this offer was not now available and had been signed up to the dealership service Plan of £24.37 per month. Not having owned...

Re: 1.6 Feedback please

Hi James, I was doubtful about buying the 1.2 auto as I thought it would be under powered. The dealer persuaded me to try this engine and I was amazed at the power that a 1.2 can produce. Most of the time acceleration should be smooth and progressive for the benefit of passengers and other road user...

Re: Temporary change of specification

Hi Alf, I also have the allure 1.2 petrol EAT and believe me, to sit behind its dashboard with satin chrome and fabric trim it really feels luxurious, friends and family also remark how nice it is to ride in, so if I was in your position I would definitely wait for the specification you prefer. I wa...

Re: Mirror Indicators

Thanks for your reply Tony, At least I know that my car is normal. Must say the more I drive the 3008 the more I love it. Enjoy yours.

Mirror Indicators

I am a little puzzled by the operation of the mirror indicators on my new 3008. When I lock the car the strip on the rear of the mirror (forward facing) lights up very clearly, but when I stand in front of the car with the indicators switched on and mirrors in their normal position with engine runni...

Re: 1.2 eat 6 gear box

Thanks Artxe,
Took a trip to Cornwall and clocked up 380 miles, it managed 39.7 mpg. I believe it could have been much better if it was not for the travelling around Cornwall with its steep and narrow lanes. Have not tried manual mode yet but that is now next on the list. Thanks.

Re: Exterior Features new 3008 Allure

I have just noticed that the recent specification June 2017 shows that the scuff plates are only available on the GT line and GT, whereas the specification I was given before ordering my car in January shows them as standard on the Allure. If Peugeot wish to retain customer trust I feel they should ...

Re: Exterior Features new 3008 Allure

Hi Mninblack, I would be interested to know how things are progressing with regards to Stainless Steel Scuff Plates on your new 3008 Allure. I have also been in touch with Peugeot Customer Care as they are not fitted to mine. They inform me that they have been in touch with the 3008 Product Manager ...
