Front middle vent inner slats broken/loose

Wonder if you can help.
Because of issues with my 3008's SatNav (not been updated since new 2017), I on occasions have to use my mobile phone for navigation. This prompted me to eventually get a phone holder that slots on to the vents. As i was about to attach the phone holder to a vent, I noticed that the inner slats on the vent were broken or dislodged (see pic). Is there an easy way to fix this?
