Hi all, first post. Came across this thread whilst searching online.

We got out new 21 plate 3008 Hybrid 4 in Feb this year. Even from picking it up from the dealers the range was 18 miles. Fully charged every night at home, it has NEVER shown any more than 18 miles range. Now we have done approx 1300 miles in it, no difference, nowhere near the advertised 38 miles or whatever it is. Its a disgrace really.

These complaints on range are horrific. Didn’t any of you do your homework before buying the car and can’t Peugeot be held responsible in a court of law and made to payout compensation.
It really is a sad state of affairs by Peugeot.

Hi All, first post from me, came across this forum because I have an identical range/battery capacity problem with a new 22 plate Citroen C5 Aircross (Citroen / Peugeot use the same platform), collected from New with 28 miles but never achieved more than 23 on recharge. Dealer unresponsive and Citroen forums read like this one on the same issue. PSA Group claims of around 34+ miles puts this on a par with the recent emissions scandals, do we really need ambient temperatures of over 20C day and night to achieve those figures? We do have a 71 plate full electric e2008 that regularly charged to 196 miles (even hitting 210 back in Feb) and really cant complain about the Peugeot with real world distance of 150-170 miles since we got the car new this January. For the Citroen we use either our podpoint or 3 pin charger but the C5 only achieves 100%/22 miles everytime. Would be great to hear from the PSA Group on this forum thread wouldn't it, anyone know any contacts?

My new 3008 Hybrid was delivered with a fully charged battery, and it showed 37 miles range. I have now recharged it three times; the first time, the range was shown as 32, now it has dropped to 24. The dealer says it is my driving style, but i am keeping yje needle on the power gauge at "Eco" or below. I feel I have been scammed. Why don't any of the the magazine reviews pick up on this anomaly?

Are you sure its showing miles and not kms? This shower mix them up all over the place. Just out of interest I measured 30 miles actual against 21 shown this week. Anyone else done this?
