Fault on Electrics

Hi Folks...had a weird thing today. The infotainment centre went off and a warning on the driving screen came up saying the collision risk alert was faulty. A sign was left on ...orange car within a circle and two brackets on the outside of that. When I turned the engine off and on again it disappeared...however when I released my seat belt the light came on again.
Phoned garage and was told it was the radar camera on windscreen not registering properly.
They are having it in on Tuesday saying there is an software update for maps and the the infotainment centre.
Will keep you posted on what happens and if it cures it.
Still loving this Great car.

my 3008gtline doesn't keep good time gains about 7 min a mths and instructions can get to French bit annoying but will put on list for its first service

Hi Foulkes again.
Just thought I’d let you know the latest with electrical problem.
I took the car to dealer...I was very impressed with there level of service.
They installed updates on main car system and the maps.
Collected and all was perfect.
Just a note on the problem is that when the warning came on for the radar camera...the system reset itself back to factor presets....weird uh!
Anyway all is ok now...and very pleased.
