Car wont lock

Hi, my 2014 3008hdi wont lock. Symbol on dashboard suggests a door is open but have checked and rechecked all doors, bonnet and boot. But still will not lock. Can anybody help please

I suggest one of the door switches is either not aligned correctly or one of the switches has packed up.
