I had a new battery fitted in Peugeot 3008 recently and after setting the correct date via menu it keeps changing to day before or day after overnight. Time is right tbough. Anyone got any idea why?

was the correct battery removal procedure? If not, the bsi may have been corrupted.
Before battery can be removed, you need to open the drivers window and remove the keys from the ignition. Let the car sit for at least 3 mins to allow all systems to shut themselves down correctly. The battery can then be removed safely. There is also a procedure once battery is refitted which I can't remember it off hand. Google BSI reset procedure.

Think I have solved it thanks. Time was showing 1.39 am instead of 1.39 pm so was changing date too early.
