Wing mirrors don't work

Hello aĺl we have a problem with a 4 year old 3008 the wing mirrors just stopped working. They retract when you close the doors but won't rotate when you try to adjust them any ideas we have checked the fuses and relays but all okay. Help please wife's newish car
