Faulty rear electric windows

Hello,
My name is Steven. I have purchased a 3008 GT premium to get the grandchildren about. However today the two rear electric windows will not open. The front ones and sunroof work fine. Also I have deactivated the button(LED off) at my side that stops the kids from opening the windows when they are in the back.
So can someone advise what top do if it is something simple
