Sat nav Allure model

Hi folks! I am buying a 2020 3008 next week, however it does not have sat nav even though its allure spec. Is this normal? I thought all allure models have sat nav.
With android maps will this appear on the I cook or is this for Tom Tom only?
Finally, can Tom Tom sat nav be added to my car now if it never had it before?

I can only assume it is an Active model rather than an Allure, best you check before buying.
