adaptive cruise control

cant use adaptive cruise no matter what i do keeps saying road conditions not met my car is a 3008 gt 2021 what am i doing wrong ? red the manual no help

It’s easy to get mixed up what button to press so check that carefully. It’s not the button on the bottom of the stick it’s at the bottom but at the back of the stick. Must be travelling at or above 20.
