Hi im a newbie and have a 1.4 td 3008 2013 auto and its very slow to pull away from a standing start HELP

From the age of the car I suspect that it is not really an autobox but the automated manual box known I believe as the EGC gearbox. There is much controversy, mostly bad, on this forum and elswhere.
