Hi All,

Hope everyone is okay in the current circumstances.

I've owned my 2019 3008 1.2 Puretech GT Line since new and it recently came round for its first service. I have had no issues with the car as such, and have enjoyed it - benchmarked against my previous cars which have mostly been BMW.

Regrettably, the bad news starts at the time of the service. My dealer still has the car 20 days later...

Apparently, when they were upgrading the infotainment software a failure has occurred. I've been given a courtesy car which obviously I appreciate, but I'm paying a fair bit each month for the car I chose.

I've spoken to Customer Services and they relay me back to the dealer. The dealer is friendly and apologetic, but I don't think they know what is going on.

When is enough enough? Just interested to hear other people's viewpoints.

HI...let the finance/lease company know and threaten to freeze payments until you have the car you ordered
