Sat Nav Firm ware

I have a 2010 3008 with the pop up Nav system RNEG - D R20ter - R20.07 That has started to shut down mid navigation and re-set itself. How can i update the Firm ware to try to solve the problem ? The Dealer only seems to have info on updating the Map on the SD card. This will not cure my problem i suspect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TROOTY4

belfast4 that site you've put on,is garbage!! I've joined and can't get onto anything, I can't even get on to MY profile, sent E mails still no answer!!

I’ve been a member of it since 2005 and have updated many sat navs for free over the years, it is certainly not garbage. Maybe the admin is busy and just hasn’t had time to respond.

belfast4 I take on board what your saying, it would appear that sadly admin are STILL to busy to respond to countless E mails, so yes I still cannot get past the login page!
