Am i being informed correctly that add blue tank does not measure how much is in the tank just states 1500 with arrow denoting plus.

Am i being informed correctly that add blue tank does not measure how much is in the tank just states 1500 with arrow denoting plus.Checked with Peugeot main dealer it is correct no idea how you are to know how much you have in the tank.
