Hi Everyone,
When I use my satnav or Google maps I can not get any volume. How can I fix this please

Is this using the satnav built in to the car? Try pressing the voice icon on the steering wheel then you would normally here a message, so then immediately increase the volume using the buttons on the steering wheel or knob by the piano buttons.
