Changing from Kph to Mph, without using infotainment screen

Hi. I have a 2013 3008, I changed the information and radio unit for a LCD screen all sing all dancing unit, all was well until my battery went flat on recharging the speed value now reads in KpH is there away to change this to MpH without ripping out my new head unit and reinstating the old, original, unit.
