With my 3008 Hybrid 2022 I have detected, that the speed limit recognition is not reliable at all. It seems to me, that the recognized speed limit signs are dropped from the display and replaced by values from probably a underneath existing map system. Unfortunately these values have nothing in common with the real world and I woyåuld find myself in deep trouble if I didi rely upon them.
I give you a sample: In downtown Helsinki we have speed limitation of 40km/h. Driving the main road I get a display value of 100km/h, which is totally wrong and has never been that high in the city.
I have spoken with my loval representative in Finland and he claims that the system works exaclty as it has been defined.
My questíon is: (1) Is there any way to impact on these definitions as the base map underneath clearly lives a life of its own. (2) Can I somehow cause the system to stop following the map information and simply rely on detected speed limit signs?
