Multifunctional display and radio merge

Hi I have a 2010 plate 3008, is there a way to combine the multifunctional display to a new aftermarket double din screen I have searched high and low for answers ! I have the can-bus harness for radio but is there another harness for the multifunctional screen ? I want to keep all the features but add them to the new unit all information will be amazing!
