Urgent help ...

Newbie to this forum and need urgent help. My 3008 2018 model car has very low mileage but it has come up with an immobiliser fault so can't start the car, or release the automatic handbrake so I can't get it towed ... need a 4 dolleys for front and back as it is down a long drive with a bend so tow truck can't get in and can't release wheel, brake etc. Every other car has an immobiliser to override this but Peugeot said that this mode doesn't have it which seems very unusual given that it is so relatively new ... so 3 days later still no going and Peugoet assist is taking forever to solve the issue.... is there a secret to getting around immobiliser?
