I am having a recurring problem with my 3008.
It started about 7 weeks ago, I was driving to Inverness and around Perth the car went into limp mode with the engine management light and esp light coming on.
Got it towed back to Glasgow and was told it was injector 1 that was needing changed. I got that changed and it was fine for 2-3 days then the same lights came on and limp mode again. The mechanic couldn't see anything wrong and said the diagnostic machine said it was an electrical fault.
So I took it to an auto electrician who said he couldn't find a fault, but decided to strip the wiring on injector 1 and put new wiring on it, cleared the codes and it was running fine for 2-3 days.
Lights came on again and limp mode again, took it for its mot and service and the lights were cleared and it was running fine until yesterday.
So in the last 7 weeks I am out nearly £1000 and I am right back to where I was 7 weeks ago.
Can you suggest anything or help at all?
