We have recently received our new hybrid. First time having a car like this so please bear with me.
Charging at home is fine using 3 pin granny cable.
The car came with a standard type 2 charging cable. My question is - we’ve done a couple of longer hour use and tried charging the car at service stations. Cable fits into the AC point fine, however it charges at the same speed as we’d expect at home - 1/8th of the battery charged in about 30-40 mins!
What are we doing wrong? How can we charge the whole battery quicker when out and about?
