2010 - fan issue

I have recently bought a 2010 - 3008 1.6 petrol which has a fault on the fan - the fan appears to switch on intermittently or stay on continuously (does go off after 5 mins of powering engine off )

I suspect it is the wire and sensor from the bottom of the engine block that runs up and can be see between radiator and the engine

Does anybody know this part number etc

Took my car to the garage- they reset all the codes and fixed the issue
