Anybody else experiencing noisy dull sounds from front seta in New 3008 GT line- its not road noise but a very dull thumping on rough surfaces similar to the sort of noise you get when the windows are opened at speed. - YES I checked that the windows are closed.

Just under the front seat on the underside of the car there are plastic covers which protect stuff underneath the car. Lie down on the road and move them or hit them and check if any are loose. They can cause a lot of noise underneath you.

I have similar strange sound coming from dashboard area. 2018 Peugeot 3008 GT Line 1.6 HDi diesel. The only way I can describe it is that it sounds like a 'howling' noise and it definitely wasn't there when I got the car in 2021. Can hear it when driving along and sitting in normal driving position but if I lean forward towards the steering wheel it sounds quite loud. Can even hear it above the radio! Not too noticeable below 20mph but anything above this speed and it's there at a constant very noticeable volume which doesn't seem to get louder at a lot higher speed. It's fairly constant above 20mph and it's a really annoying noise. Been doing it for about the past year or so. Can still hear it when the air con and blower fan is OFF so nothing to do with that. Dealer has checked all over for any air noise from a faulty seal etc around windscreen/door mirror/engine compartment and so on but found nothing untoward and I would think if it was anything like that, it would get louder the faster I go but that's not the case. They changed the pollen filter first, no different, and then thought it was wheel bearing noise and changed front offside wheel bearing but no different and noise is still there. At that point they said they couldn't help further until the noise gets louder so they have a better chance of identifying where the noise is coming from.
